Order Changes & Cancellations

For prompt order fulfillment, changes or cancellations are unavailable after an order is placed. However, if you need assistance after receiving your order, our Returns portal is readily available for unwanted items.

Delivery Timeframes

We prioritize speed! We process orders within 24 hours and utilize trusted logistic partners for swift delivery. Expect your domestic order to arrive within 1-3 business days, while international orders typically take 5-10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Stay informed! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with an Airway Bill number (AWB) and courier partner details (like Bluedart). Track your shipment's location and estimated delivery date on the courier partner's website using the provided AWB number. Delivery Charges

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders exceeding INR 5,999. Orders below this amount incur a base charge of Rs. 199. For international orders, free shipping applies to purchases above USD75, with a base charge of USD29 for orders below this threshold.

Delivery Partners

Within India, your order will be delivered by Bluedart or Delhivery, both reputable courier companies. Our partners attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address with the pin code. Upon delivery, if the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse the package.

International Customs & Taxes

Please note that international orders may incur customs duties, import duties, and tax charges upon arrival in the destination country outside of India. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and DORI does not currently cover these costs.
